Job Discription
Supervise the inspection and quality control processes to ensure that finished garments meet established quality standards.
Manage and lead a team of finishing workers, including inspectors, pressers, and packers.
Work with production managers to develop and implement production schedules for the finishing department.
Coordinate with other departments, such as cutting, sewing, and quality control, to ensure a smooth workflow from the production of raw garments to the final finishing stages.
Ensure that all finishing processes adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, and any incidents that occur during the finishing process.
