Job Description
- Supervise the inspection and quality control processes to ensure that finished garments meet established quality standards.
- Manage and lead a team of finishing workers, including inspectors, pressers, and packers.
- Work with production managers to develop and implement production schedules for the finishing department.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as cutting, sewing, and quality control, to ensure a smooth workflow from the production of raw garments to the final finishing stages.
- Ensure that all finishing processes adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, and any incidents that occur during the finishing process.
