Job Description-
Knowledge of drawing and measurements, Experience working in Tool Room.
Experience on manual Lathe Machine.
Ensuring proper alignment and adjustment of the machine components.
Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand the specifications and requirements of the workpiece.
Selects the appropriate cutting tools such as turning tools, boring tools, threading tools, or grooving tools.
Starts the lathe machine and adjusts the machine controls to set the rotational speed, tool movements, and other parameters.
Performs various machining operations, including turning, facing, tapering, drilling, knurling, and threading.
Inspects the machined parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify conformance to specifications.
Routine maintenance tasks on the lathe machine, such as cleaning, lubrication, and tool maintenance.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace regulations.
