Job Description
Lead and supervise a team of fabrication workers. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training as needed.
Coordinate with the production planning team to develop and implement production schedules. Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
Oversee the quality of fabricated products. Conduct inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed. Conduct regular safety meetings, training, and audits to promote a safe working environment.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the fabrication process.
Prepare and submit regular reports on production status, quality issues, safety incidents, and other relevant metrics to management.
