Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team of fabrication workers. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training as needed.
- Coordinate with the production planning team to develop and implement production schedules. Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee the quality of fabricated products. Conduct inspections, identify defects, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed. Conduct regular safety meetings, training, and audits to promote a safe working environment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the fabrication process.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production status, quality issues, safety incidents, and other relevant metrics to management.
