Job Description
Managing the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
Preparing and presenting financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Developing and implementing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other financial laws and regulations.
Overseeing a team of accountants and finance professionals, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and supervision.
Coordinating with external auditors during financial audits and working to address any audit findings or recommendations.
Providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
Managing cash flow, liquidity, and treasury functions to ensure the organization has adequate funds for its operations.
Overseeing financial systems and technology implementations to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
Identifying and mitigating financial risks that could impact the organization's financial health.
Providing training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their financial skills and knowledge.
