Enforce safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Managing the warehouse's operating budget, including labor, equipment, and supply costs.
Report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory turnover, order accuracy, and on-time shipments, to higher-level management.
