Job Discription
Receive sampling requests (tech packs, CADs, buyer comments) from merchandisers or buyers.
Coordinate with pattern makers, tailors, and sample room staff to develop samples according to buyer specifications.
Ensure correct fabric, trims, and accessories are used for each sample.
Monitor sampling status daily and follow up with relevant departments to meet deadlines.
Maintain records of sample approvals, rejections, and revisions.
Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing of sample materials and trims when required.
Ensure samples meet buyer quality and measurement standards.
Work with QA/QC teams to address any quality or technical issues.
