Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to track inventory levels.
Ensure that all hardwood purchased meets the required quality and sustainability standards.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and delivery notes.
Stay updated on market trends, hardwood availability, and price fluctuations.
nsure compliance with legal regulations, including forest certification standards (FSC, PEFC, etc.) and import/export norms.
