
Job Discription
Fit, assemble, and dismantle dies and molds according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Inspect, test, and adjust completed dies to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.
Conduct die maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize production downtime.
Operate machines and hand tools such as grinders, milling machines, lathes, and surface grinders.
Work with toolmakers, engineers, and production teams to modify dies as required.
Ensure proper alignment and clearances of die components.
Keep accurate records of die maintenance and repairs.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Assist in the development and testing of new tooling and die components.
Monitor tool performance during production and make necessary adjustments.
