Job Description-
System Design: Design conveyor systems, including layout, specifications, and detailed drawings.
Component Selection: Select appropriate components such as motors, belts, rollers, and sensors based on project requirements and industry standards.
Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, drawings, and specifications.
Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather requirements, provide design updates, and ensure successful project completion.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure designs comply with relevant safety standards and regulations.
Innovation and Optimization: Identify opportunities for innovation and optimization in conveyor designs to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Software Utilization: Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) to create and modify conveyor system drawings and models.
Cost Estimation: Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for conveyor system design and installation.
Installation Support: Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of conveyor systems.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to conveyor system design and performance
