Job Description
Ensuring the store has a wide range of stitching and tailoring accessories in stock, catering to different customer needs.
Monitoring stock levels of sewing materials, machines, threads, fabrics, needles, and other accessories.
Providing advice on products such as sewing machines, different types of fabrics, and tools based on the customer's projects or experience level.
Staying knowledgeable about the various products in the store, including sewing machines, threads, needles, buttons, zippers, measuring tools, cutting tools, etc.
Assigning tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring the team is trained in customer service and product knowledge.
Analyzing sales data to determine which products are in demand and which may need better promotion or placement.
Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality products at competitive prices.
Implementing security measures to prevent theft or loss of stock, especially for valuable items such as sewing machines or premium fabrics.
