Job Description
- Regularly inspect electrical components such as wires, connectors, switches, and control panels for signs of wear, damage, or overheating.
- Conduct tests and calibrations on electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep electrical components clean and free from dust, debris, and corrosion.
- Check and tighten loose electrical connections to prevent electrical arcing, which can cause damage and pose safety hazards.
- Replace worn-out or damaged electrical components such as fuses, relays, circuit breakers, and wiring harnesses with compatible parts to maintain optimal functionality.
- Ensure that the machine's software and firmware are up to date to address any known issues or vulnerabilities and improve performance.
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including inspection reports, test results, and any repairs or replacements performed.
