Job Description
Install and configure machinery at customer sites.
Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines.
Provide technical support and training to customers.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve technical issues.
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar role.
Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
