Job Description
Supervise and coordinate the inspection and testing of products or services to identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities.
Ensure that products or services meet the established quality standards and specifications.
Ensure that the organization adheres to relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control requirements.
Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors, technicians, or analysts, assigning tasks and providing training and guidance.
Develop and implement quality performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Investigate and analyze quality issues or defects, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with other departments to implement quality-enhancing measures.
