Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best terms.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to understand material needs.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies.
Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
