Job Description
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, installation, etc.) to ensure all project milestones are met.
Manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and services.
Develop and monitor project budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
Report on project financials, including variance analysis and forecasting.
Proactively resolve project-related issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Conduct quality inspections and coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure high standards are maintained.
Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
Conduct post-project evaluations, including lessons learned and continuous improvement recommendations.
