Job Description
- Schedule shift knowledge of production planning & quality control principles
- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance & minimum delay
- Experience in Manufacturing resource planning
- Coordinate with all the depatment heads and supervisor for weekly and monthly production planning and targets for timely delievery of the orders
- Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize production efficiency.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards.
- Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase overall productivity.
- Lead and motivate production teams, providing guidance and support to achieve production goals.
- Address and resolve issues that may arise during the production process, such as equipment malfunctions, supply chain disruptions, or staffing problems.
