Supervise daily operations of the production floor, ensuring adherence to schedules and production targets.
Manage and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and support to enhance performance.
Monitor production processes and workflows to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Coordinate with other departments, such as quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular training sessions for employees on safety practices and production techniques.
Prepare production reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper handling of materials and finished goods.
