Job Description
Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of products.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the timely availability of raw materials and components.
Assess production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks. Develop plans to optimize production capacity and efficiency.
Review and process production orders. Ensure that all necessary information and documentation are complete and accurate before production begins.
Work closely with production, procurement, logistics, and quality control teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on production status, material availability, and potential risks.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
