Job Description
Responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
Design and develop PLC programs for automation systems, including writing code, creating schematics, and integrating hardware.
Integrate PLC systems with various sensors, actuators, and control devices to ensure seamless operation.
Conduct testing and debugging of PLC programs to ensure they function correctly and meet project specifications.
Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC-controlled systems, including hardware malfunctions and software errors.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of PLC programs, including code comments, flowcharts, and system schematics.
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on PLC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project completion.
Ensure all PLC programming activities comply with relevant safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
