Job Description
- Responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining PLC programs for industrial automation systems.
- Design and develop PLC programs for automation systems, including writing code, creating schematics, and integrating hardware.
- Integrate PLC systems with various sensors, actuators, and control devices to ensure seamless operation.
- Conduct testing and debugging of PLC programs to ensure they function correctly and meet project specifications.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC-controlled systems, including hardware malfunctions and software errors.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of PLC programs, including code comments, flowcharts, and system schematics.
- Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on PLC systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Work closely with engineering teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure successful project completion.
- Ensure all PLC programming activities comply with relevant safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
