Plant Manager

Overseeing day-to-day operations, including production schedules, equipment maintenance, resource allocation, and workforce management to ensure optimal productivity.

Ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications by implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections, and addressing any quality-related issues.

Enforcing safety regulations and protocols to create a safe working environment for all employees and to prevent accidents or injuries.

Identifying areas for operational improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes.

Managing the plant's budget, controlling costs, and optimizing resource utilization to ensure financial targets are met.

Coordinating with suppliers, logistics teams, and other stakeholders to ensure a consistent flow of raw materials and components for production.

Leading and motivating the plant's workforce, including supervisors, technicians, operators, and support staff, to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Developing long-term plans and strategies for the plant's growth, expansion, and adaptation to changing market demands.

Managing production of tracker components(steel sections & controllers) Cold roll forming & other fabrication process like welding, punching, press Handling fabrication, manufacturing, quality assurance, installation, procurement & plant maintenance

Should be from steel manufacturing industry

Should have knowledge of steel fabrication codes and standards

Sound knowledge of fabrications techniques including SMAW/GMAW/SAW welding, GAS cutting etc
