- Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of their employer.
- Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation, for business trips and personal vacations.
- Organizing and maintaining documents, files, and records, ensuring that important information is easily accessible.
- Managing the office space, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the workplace is organized and efficient.
- Preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating logistics for meetings.
- Handling data entry tasks and basic bookkeeping duties, such as managing expense reports.
