Job Description
Provides administrative support and assistance to an individual or an executive in a professional setting.
Managing the employer's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring that they are well-organized and optimized.
Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of their employer.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, hotels, and transportation, for business trips and personal vacations.
Organizing and maintaining documents, files, and records, ensuring that important information is easily accessible.
Managing the office space, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the workplace is organized and efficient.
Preparing meeting agendas, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating logistics for meetings.
Handling data entry tasks and basic bookkeeping duties, such as managing expense reports.
Acting as a gatekeeper for their employer, screening calls and visitors, and managing access to their time.
