- Delivering documents, messages, or packages within the office building or to external locations.
- Keeping track of office supplies and restocking them as needed.
- Cleaning and organizing the office space, such as arranging furniture, watering plants, and ensuring common areas are presentable.
- Assisting with filing, sorting mail, answering phones, and helping with simple data entry tasks.
- Provide support to other office staff members as needed.
