Job Description
- Design low voltage electrical panels, including preparing schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
- Select appropriate components such as circuit breakers, relays, transformers, and busbars based on project requirements and industry standards.
- Create detailed technical documentation, including bill of materials (BOM), design calculations, and technical specifications.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, NEC, IS standards).
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather requirements, provide design updates, and ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct design reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of panel designs.
- Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN) for creating and modifying electrical drawings and schematics.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for panel design and fabrication.
- Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of LT panels.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical design technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
