Job Description
- Installing electrical control panels and associated components, such as circuit breakers, relays, transformers, switches, and control devices.
- Wiring the electrical components within the control panels, ensuring that connections are secure and meet electrical codes and safety standards.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical issues within control panels, such as identifying and repairing faulty components or connections.
- Upgrading existing control panels or making modifications to accommodate changes in electrical systems or equipment.
- Integrating control panels with automation and control systems to ensure proper functionality and communication between various components.
- Ensuring that all panel wiring work complies with electrical codes and safety regulations to prevent hazards and electrical faults.
- Performing routine maintenance to ensure that control panels and associated electrical equipment function properly and remain in good working condition.
- Interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints to understand the layout and connections within control panels.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of panel wiring, repairs, and maintenance activities.
