Job Description
Supervise daily laboratory operations and manage lab staff.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
Assist in the development and implementation of laboratory procedures.
Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
Manage inventory and order laboratory supplies as needed.
Prepare and analyze reports on laboratory activities and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to support research and development initiatives.
Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
