Job Description
Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with order status updates.
Collaborate with the inventory or warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Maintain and organize sales-related documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and customer records.
Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other events.
Identify opportunities for improving sales processes and efficiency.
