Job Description
Responsible for setting up and operating buffing machines, ensuring they are running efficiently and producing the desired results.
Prepare the materials, which could involve cleaning, sanding, or other surface treatments.
Applying Buffing Compounds
Polish and smooth the surface of the materials, working in a controlled manner to achieve the desired finish.
Inspecting finished pieces to ensure they meet quality standards and correcting any defects or imperfections as necessary.
Performing routine maintenance on the buffing machines to keep them in good working condition and reporting any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.
