Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware and software systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
Oversee the installation and configuration of new hardware and software.
Monitor system performance and ensure security of IT systems.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize technology use and improve processes.
Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and supplies.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of IT systems and processes.
