Job Description
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with order status updates.
- Collaborate with the inventory or warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Maintain and organize sales-related documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and customer records.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings, conferences, trade shows, and other events.
- Identify opportunities for improving sales processes and efficiency.
