Job Description
Conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
Organizing and overseeing the orientation and onboarding process for new employees.
Facilitating communication between employees and management.
Assisting in the development of performance improvement plans.
Supporting employee development and career progression.
Updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Generating reports on HR metrics and analytics.
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement.
Managing the offboarding process, including exit paperwork and transition planning.
Assisting in salary benchmarking and compensation analysis.
