Generalist HR

Ensure that expenses, sign ins and timesheets are reviewed on a monthly basis and payroll is processed

Update all payroll reporting on a monthly basis and send the reports to Accounts/ Client rep.

Oversee all benefit and payroll processes including the HRIS/ payroll system. 

Serve as benefits manager for all benefits. 

Regularly evaluate plan designs and work with brokers to aggressively negotiate insurance rates.

Oversee reporting of enrollment changes to third party provider.

Ensure timely renewal of all HR related insurance policies in compliance with the state and federal regulations.

Assist with all other HR functions if required such as talent management, employee engagement, compliance, employee onboarding, offboarding etc.
