Job Description
Establish and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure consistent quality across all products.
Create and update SOPs for quality control processes.
Define quality metrics and standards for products and production processes.
Conduct and oversee regular inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
Implement various testing procedures (e.g., durability, colorfastness, shrinkage) to ensure products meet quality specifications.
Identify defects and determine their root causes to prevent recurrence.
Supervise production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Ensure all products comply with local and international regulations and standards.Identify areas for improvement in the quality control process and implement necessary changes.
