Job Description
Supervising and coordinating the fabrication processes to ensure that they are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to established standards and procedures.
Managing a team of fabrication workers and technicians.
Ensuring that the fabricated products meet the required quality standards.
Managing resources such as materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure that the fabrication process operates smoothly and meets production targets.
Collaborating with production planners, engineers, and other relevant personnel to develop production schedules and ensure that fabrication processes align with overall production goals.
Ensuring that all fabrication processes are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
Providing training to new employees and ongoing skill development for existing team members to enhance their performance and capabilities.
Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
