Job Description
- Supervising and coordinating the fabrication processes to ensure that they are carried out efficiently, safely, and according to established standards and procedures.
- Managing a team of fabrication workers and technicians.
- Ensuring that the fabricated products meet the required quality standards.
- Managing resources such as materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure that the fabrication process operates smoothly and meets production targets.
- Collaborating with production planners, engineers, and other relevant personnel to develop production schedules and ensure that fabrication processes align with overall production goals.
- Ensuring that all fabrication processes are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Providing training to new employees and ongoing skill development for existing team members to enhance their performance and capabilities.
- Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
