Job Description
Design low voltage electrical panels, including preparing schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
Select appropriate components such as circuit breakers, relays, transformers, and busbars based on project requirements and industry standards.
Create detailed technical documentation, including bill of materials (BOM), design calculations, and technical specifications.
Ensure designs comply with relevant electrical standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, NEC, IS standards).
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather requirements, provide design updates, and ensure timely project completion.
Conduct design reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of panel designs.
Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN) for creating and modifying electrical drawings and schematics.
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for panel design and fabrication.
Provide technical support during the installation, testing, and commissioning of LT panels.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in electrical design technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
