  • Respond to complaints from customers & give after-sales support when requested.
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. 
  • Handling customer queries & assisting sales team accordingly.
  • Calling prospective clients for product knowledge. 
  • Converting potential leads into client.  
  • Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time. 
  • Noting important details of each conversation. 
  • Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
