Job Description
Configure and calibrate CNC bending machines according to job specifications.
Operate CNC bending machines to bend, form, or straighten metal or other materials.
Make adjustments to the machine controls as necessary to ensure the product meets specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check dimensions and tolerances.
Maintain accurate records of production runs, including materials used, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Knowledge of materials used in bending processes, such as various metals and their properties.
Strong understanding of machine mechanics and the ability to perform basic repairs and maintenance.
