Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the inspection and testing of products or services to identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities.
- Ensure that products or services meet the established quality standards and specifications.
- Ensure that the organization adheres to relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors, technicians, or analysts, assigning tasks and providing training and guidance.
- Develop and implement quality performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Investigate and analyze quality issues or defects, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with other departments to implement quality-enhancing measures.
